Your User Agreement

The following describes the terms on which OB Racing offers you access to our services.

Introduction

Welcome to OB Racing. By using the services on the OB Racing websites (obracing.sg and other related websites where this agreement appears), you are agreeing to the following terms. You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the linked information. By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of some OB Racing websites or websites we operate may be governed by separate user agreements and privacy policies. The agreement that applies on any of our domains and subdomains is always the agreement that appears in the footer of each website.

This Agreement is effective on May 1, 2008, for current users, and upon acceptance for new users.

Using OB Racing

While using the Sites, you will not:

- post content or items of an inappropriate nature on the OB Racing and related sites;
- violate any laws, third party rights
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
- distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm OB Racing, or the interests or property of OB Racing users;
- copy, modify, or distribute content from OB Racing's copyrights and trademarks; or harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

Content License

When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.

Liability and Indemnity

You will not hold OB Racing responsible for other users' actions and you will indemnify and hold OB Racing harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

OB Racing and its principals shall IN NO EVENT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN ACTION OR UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. Accordingly, OB Racing and its principals expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising out of the purchase and use of these products to the maximum extent allowable by law Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall OB Racing and its principals be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials, workmanship, products or services contained in or purchased from OB Racing. Further, OB Racing shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, or the accuracy of information provided. Any product sold on this web site are sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranty of the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in the OB Racing Privacy Policy. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing-in to your account. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.

Motorsports is an inherently dangerous activity that could lead to serious injury, disability or death. Use of our products with any activity is at the owner’s risk. By using any products from OB Racing whether bought personally, through a third party or given as a gift, or via any other channel, the user assumes all risk of loss, damage , damage, injury, disability and death, regardless of place, condition and activity in which OB Racing products are used.
